Finding blinds or curtains for the normal window is easy, all you have to do is decide what type you want, how you want to see, measure it and visit one of the hundreds of shops or websites that sell window curtains.
Blinds hung in a roof or skylight window requires side rails, cables, or tension to hold them, because without them they will only hang vertically, put aside using curtains or normal curtains.
You also have to consider the manual openable roof window or slide vertically or horizontally, so the curtain window or curtains can be hung on the outer dimensions of the window frame because the window will not interfere when opened.

However, most roof windows or skylights rotate in the middle when opened, which will be blocked by normal blind ones installed on the outer frame. They had to sit inside the opening sling to allow them to be opened at that time.
